PARALEGAL / LEGAL SECRETARY

We're looking for a committed colleague with an adaptable and quality-minded approach to work and you are a thorough person who thrives on a busy work day to support our business and legal operations.
You will be responsible for:

preparing agreements from in-house templates;

assisting senior lawyers in finalising and reviewing contracts; and

coordinating transactions and engagements with outside counsel and clients including billing.
